ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ

Sinai Stengel, born in Caracas, Venezuela
is a creative currently in Barcelona,Spain.
She describes her work as a constant research
into the stimuli, values, perception
and the conflict of the sense of belonging in the
 diaspora.
The fact of having migrated in her 20’s
has allowed her to connect widely with diverse
cultures and thoughts,
which have taken the form of expression on topics
related to decolonisation, identity and migration.

"The more one is able to leave one’s cultural home, the more easily is one able to judge it, and the whole world as well, with the spiritual detachment and generosity necessary for true vision. The more easily, too, does one assess oneself and alien cultures with the same combination of intimacy and distance".
-Edward Said
